  31. (1) run with debugging, eg

  33.     dvips -d -1 ...

  35. to see where the programs are actually looking for files.

  37. (2) try modifying the configuration file $TEXMF/web2c/texmf.cnf
  38. to match the place where you have stored the fonts, etc.
